Alpha Company consists of individual prayer partners who share prayer requests with others around the world. Your prayer ministry from home can change lives across the globe.
God created both Heaven and Earth. Jesus Christ, God’s only Son, was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, and lived a sinless life on this earth. Jesus Christ was crucified, died, and was buried in a tomb. Jesus Christ literally rose from the dead on the third day. The blood that Jesus Christ shed on the cross serves as the ultimate final sacrifice for the sins of mankind. Salvation is a free gift offered to all, and whoever receives Jesus Christ has eternal life. Jesus Christ ascended into Heaven and will one day return to reign on this earth as the King of Kings. Jesus Christ is the Lamb of God, and whoever’s name is written in the Lamb’s Book of Life will live with Him forever.

Thank you for becoming an Alpha Company Prayer Revolution Prayer Partner. Welcome to the exciting world of prayer where miracles happen every day. You are an important part of making that happen, so let’s not waste any time in getting started.
Prayer Revolution is divided into two parts: Alpha Company Prayer Partners and Bravo Company Prayer Teams. As a member of Alpha Company, you form a support team that petitions God on behalf of others around the world. Real prayer is spiritual warfare and is not easy. Therefore, learn these two major expectations.
Prayer Partners need courage. Courage is the willingness to face challenges in spite of known or unknown dangers or obstacles. When you decided to join Alpha Company Prayer Partners, you saw the need and desired to become part of the solution to the problems facing us today. You believe that God is the answer and that prayer truly changes things. You did not know where this journey would take you, but you knew in your heart it was the first step in the right direction.
The interesting thing about prayer is that it not only changes the world around you, but more importantly, prayer changes YOU! As we draw closer to God, He promises to draw closer to us. The more time we spend with Him, the more we become like Him. Some people do not like change, and some of the people around you will not like what is happening to you. When you see God answer YOUR prayers, you can't help but tell people about it. To your surprise, there will be people who do not want to hear it. You will need courage to stand for God, to stand for what is right, and to remain committed to prayer. Prayer shakes things up! Be prepared for it, have courage, and keep on praying.
Prayer Partners need commitment. Commitment is the act of performing the duties required to satisfy an agreed obligation. Courage and commitment support and sustain each other. Courage proceeds in the face of the unknown, and commitment continues when the dangers become very apparent. Courage takes the first step and commitment takes the last step. As part of an unseen group of partners who have committed time to stand with you in prayer, you must realize that others are counting on you. In the silence of your kitchen or office where you pray, it may seem that no one will miss your prayers if you skip them once. However, someone, somewhere, needs your prayers. Praying is serious business. The prayer of faith moves the hand of God. Prayer is the method that God has chosen to bring change to our circumstances. It seems so simple, yet God has made it so powerful. He has only required that we ask for what we want and believe that He will do it. You are joining others on a journey of discovery where you will learn the secrets to getting prayers answered.
Once you begin to witness answers to your prayers, your faith will grow, and you will receive more answers to prayer. Prayer will become an exciting experience, rather than a dutiful chore. This does not happen overnight, so you must commit yourself completely to the task of prayer to push through the "dry seasons" when very little appears to be happening.
Every Prayer Partner should commit to a specific time of prayer each day. Although the goal for every believer is to learn to "pray without ceasing," Prayer Partners should develop the holy habit of praying every day according to a set time on their schedule. This could be first thing in the morning, the last thing at night, or during lunch time at work. Whenever you choose to pray, select a time that you can count on to be available. If you have an unusual schedule, then be creative and figure out a time when you can make a prayer time happen every day. Start with just ten minutes each day. Before long you will be praying enthusiastically for so many requests, that you will lose track of time. Believers have an enemy, and his name is Satan. Satan will try to stop you through distractions and discouragements. Don't give up! Have courage and stay committed to God and prayer.

PROCEED BELOW FOR YOUR M.O.S. TRAINING.
At Prayer Revolution, M.O.S. stands for Mode of Service. Your mode of service is individual prayer support, which is foundational to this organization.
This Mode of Service Training is designed to help you become a more effective Prayer Partner.
In the final hours before His death, burial, and resurrection, Jesus gave His disciples important instructions. Some of these points are included here as they are found in the fourteenth chapter of the Gospel of John, the fourth book in the New Testament.
Pray in the name of Jesus Christ.
"And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it" (John 14:13, 14 NIV).
Jesus assured His disciples that when He ascended to the Heavenly Father, that they would be able to approach God in prayer and receive anything they desired if they would ask in the name of Jesus.
Obey the commands of Jesus.
"If you love me, keep my commands" (John 14:15 NIV).
Jesus explains that the proof of love and respect is obedience. Just as a parent delights in giving presents to good and obedient children, the Heavenly Father delights in granting the requests of His obedient children. We should worship and adore God in prayer and tell Him that we love Him, but He also wants us to demonstrate our love through obedience. “The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective” (James 5:16b NIV). The prayer of a person who obeys God is much more effective than the prayer of a person who ignores God until they need help.
Listen to the Holy Spirit.
"And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever-- The Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you." (John 14:16, 17 NIV).
When Jesus ascended back to heaven, He soon sent the Holy Spirit to live within the heart of every believer. The Holy Spirit guides the believer in daily activities, distinguishes between truth and error, and empowers the believer to obey God's commands. The Holy Spirit also intercedes on behalf of the praying believer and pleads the petition before God as an advocate. The Holy Spirit will tell you if a certain teaching is not correct. The Spirit will lay a burden on your heart to pray for someone or to help someone. The Spirit will warn you before you make a wrong decision or engage in a wrong activity. The effective Prayer Partner will listen when the Holy Spirit speaks to the heart.
In summary, the effective Prayer Partner will pray to the Heavenly Father in the name of His Son Jesus Christ. Effective prayers are backed by a life that is obedient to Jesus Christ. Last of all, the effective Prayer Partner will learn to listen to the inner promptings of the Holy Spirit.
In the famous Sermon on the Mount, Jesus told the multitude many things about living the Christian life. In His discussion on how to pray, He gave the following prayer as an example to follow.
"This, then, is how you should pray: 'Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one (Matthew 6:9-13 NIV).
Our Father in heaven, hallowed [HOLY] be your name.
We should begin our prayer time with praise and adoration to God, acknowledging His greatness and holiness. If you are new to praising God and a little uncomfortable doing this, then begin reading the Book of Psalms and learn how David fills the pages with praise unto God.
Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Asking for God's will to be done on earth does NOT mean rattling off our many requests and then topping them off with "If it be your will." We tend to begin our prayer time with all of our requests. We get so caught up in what we want, we often do not stop and ask, "What does God want?" God's will is revealed in His Word, the Bible. As we read it daily, we begin to understand what is important to Him. God's Will is always done in heaven. We should pray that God uses us to accomplish His will on earth. Your prayers on behalf of others is part of God's Will being done on earth.
Give us today our daily bread.
God knows what we need before we ask. However, He wants us to ask anyway, because He wants us to understand that everything we have comes from Him. The request "today" for daily bread implies that we should pray a prayer like this every day. God is our provider. We often look to government, employers, and doctors to take care of us. We must trust in God alone for our provision for food, housing, clothing, transportation, and medical care. Asking God for our daily bread lets Him know that we know that our next meal ultimately comes from Him!
Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.
Like financial obligations in default, Jesus refers to our sins as "debts" that we owe to God. As Jesus explained in one of his parables, God has forgiven each of us of our tremendous debt that we owed because of our mountain of sins. Jesus died for our sins and cleared our debt. In turn, God demands that we quickly forgive others when they sin against us. Notice that our right to ask for forgiveness of daily sins is predicated upon our forgiveness toward others first.
Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.
We should ask God for daily protection against temptations. Satan is the evil tempter who continuously plots against us. We should pray for deliverance and ask God to guard us from Satan's attacks.
In summary, the effective Prayer Partner will follow a similar pattern in prayer as the Lord instructed. Begin prayer time with worship, seek God's will and purpose, ask God for daily provision, ask God for daily forgiveness, forgive others, and ask God for Divine protection against the devil.
